The Steaming Cup

This blend of tastes may not be for everyone but you could still give it a try

If you love egg nog, then this coffee-variety should be perfect for you. There’s plenty of coffee too, not just a hint. Be aware there are raw eggs in this recipe.

• 4 eggs
• 4 tbs sugar
• 1 pint milk, cold
• 1 pint coffee, cold
• Nutmeg

Beat eggs and sugar together, then whisk in coffee and milk. Serve eggnog in chilled glasses with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
