fiji iced tea with cream and coconut

Creaming and still slightly tropical recipe for iced tea

This is a bit of an unusual recipe and you may have to search a bit to get coconut syrup. It is well worth the effort though you could use a few tablespoons of coconut milk instead if you needed to substitute.

  • 1 cup black tea, cooled
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 oz coconut syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream

Pour everything into a cocktail shaker and shake until mixed and frothy. Pour and serve immediately. Makes just one cup.
