jamaican coffee recipe with tia maria

Bring out this drink next time you have people over

Tia Maria is always a fine addition to a cup of coffee, to add even more coffee flavour and a bit of vanilla sweetness. And a good shot of Jamaican rum doesn’t hurt either. Topped with freshly whipped cream.

  • 5 cups hot coffee
  • 2 oz Tia Maria
  • 1 oz light rum

Stir coffee and spirits together in a small saucepan, and heat until simmering. Serve in brandy glasses.

Serves 6.
