This floral tea is a subtle blend of lavender and mint. Great for a relaxing afternoon. You can also serve it over ice if you want a cooler version in the summer.
- 1 tbs loose tea (green or black)
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender
- 2 tsp dried mint
- 1 cup water
Steep herbs and tea in hot water, not quite boiling for 4 to 5 minutes. Add honey to sweeten your tea, if desired.
